About TAS:

The Attachment Space is a relational wellness ecosystem designed to support individuals, couples, teens, and families in understanding themselves and one another through an attachment-focused lens. Rooted in the belief that being human is complex, relational, and worthy of care, it offers accessible tools, psychoeducation, community support, and creative resources that help people navigate emotions, strengthen relationships, and build secure connection. Through thoughtfully designed spaces such as parent support, teen resources, couples guidance, and child-centered learning, The Attachment Space translates therapeutic insight into everyday life—empowering people to find themselves, understand their needs, and cultivate meaningful connection with others.

I started The Attachment Space after recognizing that the insights and healing that happen in therapy shouldn’t be limited to the therapy room. Through my work with teens, families, and couples, I saw how many people were longing for practical tools, relational understanding, and ongoing support, yet often felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. I wanted to bridge clinical wisdom with everyday life by translating attachment theory, emotional awareness, and relational skills into accessible, compassionate guidance. The Attachment Space was born from my desire to create a supportive ecosystem where people feel less alone, strengthen connection, and grow with intention, curiosity, and care.
