About TLC:

The Therapist Learning Collective (TLC) is a collaborative space created to support clinicians in deepening their clinical insight, strengthening relational presence, and sustaining themselves in the work they do. Rooted in attachment, systems thinking, and real-world practice, TLC offers consultation, supervision, case collaboration, and reflective learning experiences that bridge theory with the complexities of everyday clinical work. It is designed to be both a professional resource and a restorative community — a place where therapists can grow their skills, explore challenges with honesty, and feel supported, connected, and inspired in their role as healers.

I started the Therapist Learning Collective because I saw how isolating and demanding clinical work can feel, even for deeply skilled and passionate therapists. Throughout my own journey, I recognized how essential it is to have spaces where clinicians can think together, reflect honestly, and bridge theory with the realities of complex, relational work. I wanted to create a community that supports both professional growth and personal sustainability — a place where therapists can deepen their clinical insight, strengthen their presence, and feel supported, connected, and inspired in the work they do.
